Your health and safety is our highest priority. We also want you to feel secure and comfortable as we navigate through this pandemic while also keeping your fitness goals in mind.
Our entire team is fully vaccinated and we're happy to present to you our digital vaccine certificates upon request. As per the NSW exercise guidelines, we are limiting our capacity in all our indoor and outdoor trainings. Please keep in mind that capacity is subject to change at anytime and we ask for your patience & understanding should cancellations or postponed sessions have to occur.

Before a Session:
In line with the latest NSW Government Public Health Order, all clients must provide proof of full vaccination. This is for the safety of our team, our other clients and all our families & friends.
Capacity:
Indoor - (1) client per session only
Outdoor - Up to (18) clients per session only
Disinfect:
All training equipment is wiped down with disinfectant after each session. You will begin each of your training sessions with clean equipment. For your peace of mind, we will provide disinfectant wipes and alcohol which you may also use.
If a Member of our Team is Exposed:
All training sessions will be postponed until the entire team receives a negative test result. Any ongoing reoccurring payments will be postponed until training commences.
If a Member of our Team Tests Positive:
All training sessions will be postponed until the entire team receives a negative test result and after completion of (14) days quarantine. Any ongoing reoccurring payments will be postponed until training commences.
