Whether it's to get back to moving your body, trying to nail that muscle up,
or training to be more effective in the basketball court; Coach Chris will be with you every step of the way in this customised program designed especially for you.
During a consultation session, Coach Chris will meet with you to discuss your health history and fitness goals. Your one-hour One-on-One session/s will be designed around this, with some extra exercises you can do at home.
Strength & Conditioning sessions are centred around the practical application of sports science to enhance movement quality in your everyday life or specific sport. Your Training Program will be based on the physiology of exercise and anatomy and, improving your performance on the movements and tasks you need to perform.
These sessions are held either at our private home gym located at Rosebery, Gunyama Park or, Turruwul Park, depending on your preference and which environment is most suitable for your Training Program.
Fitness Reports evaluating performance and skill improvement are periodically created for long-term clients.
