1. If you need to cancel your training session, please notify us at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within this 6-hour time frame will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

2. For cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled start time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and the session will be considered forfeited. This includes sessions purchased as a package.

3. To cancel your training session, please contact us by Instagram, phone or email and provide your name, the date and time of the session, and the reason for the cancellation.

We understand that emergencies may arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
