These Strength & Agility Bootcamps are perfect for those who want an efficient workout to jumpstart their day. Gather your friends and family to sweat it out to a program designed for your group.
These high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions aims to improve your muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance by incorporating footwork drills, resistance training, bodyweight training and light plyometrics.
These sessions are held at Gunyama Park,
weather permitting.
